You've got the power

There's a big electricity pylon related news story breaking tomorrow!

I can't tell you more except that I will be on BBC1 at 0820 (live), Radio 5 Live at 0855 (live), and Sky News once an hour from 6am (pre-recorded).

I'll also be on a few local radio stations.

So if you're up in the morning, do pop BBC1 on while you have your breakfast, and see whether I'm managing to be awake and functioning at that time of day!

ooh! excitings!

I'm trying to work out what could be 'big' in the world of electricity pylons... can't you even give us a little clue?

Is it something that mere mortals will appreciate or just for you hard-core pylon fans?

;)

Am off to write myself a post-it note and before I go to bed, will post it to Claude's head so that when he wakes me at 6 its the first thing I see :)

A little hint... um... It's competition time!

(I won't be on exactly at 6, it'll be sometime every hour once an hour on Sky, but 0820 on BBC1 and that'll be longer :-)

I love the idea of sticking notes to Claude!

Despite the sticky, not sticking to the dog, I was perched on the sofa at 8.20 to see you...

I take back all I've ever thought (or not thought) about pylons! The competition is a fabulous idea and I think some of the designs they showed are great!

You were really great too - very professional, but not boring... I caught some of your enthusiasm I think!

I'm still loving your short hair... and of course all that purple :)

Aww... thank you so much for watching, and I'm glad you liked it. (The designs they showed, apart from the Icelandic people, were photos of mine, mainly!)

Well done for getting up to watch it, I tell you I could do with a nap now...!
